If you’re insured by Aetna, please check your benefits to ensure coverage. A co-pay may be required for Aetna participants which will require a credit card on file.
Individualized support including but not limited to maternal and infant assessment, assistance with latching, engorgement, establishing milk supply, and a care plan specific to your breast/chest feeding goals. Report will be sent to baby’s pediatrician.

PPO Insurance Plans
If you have Cigna or Blue Cross Blue Shield (includes Anthem and Empire), you may be able to receive insurance-covered visits. ALL plans must be PPO to qualify.
Individualized support including but not limited to maternal and infant assessment, assistance with latching, engorgement, establishing milk supply, and a care plan specific to your breast/chest feeding goals. Report will be sent to baby’s pediatrician.

How can we help?
We offer pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy services to help you resolve pain, prepare for pregnancy and postpartum, and put bladder, bowel, and sexual health issues behind you.
Our program helps you to create awareness through breath and movement, develop coordination and strength in the whole body, and integrate functional activity and wellness practices.
With a personalized plan of care and long term solutions, you will build confidence and feel empowered to return to the activities you love at any stage of life.
Mental Health Therapy:
Jill is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been helping clients and their family members for over 35 years in Connecticut and New York. In private practice, she counsels women and
their partners with challenges related to fertility, pregnancy loss and depression and anxiety during the perinatal and postpartum period.
She is passionate about her work and will assist you with increased coping and improved emotional well-being. She is a professional member of Perinatal International Support (PSI), Resolve and the National Association of Social Workers.
Jill accepts major insurance providers.
